This call also gives you a chance to ask questions, learn what to expect from sessions, and discuss practical details such as scheduling, session fees, and whether in-person or online counseling may be a good fit.

Session Fees, Insurance, and Payment Policies
Rates
Session fees vary by session type and length, with individual, couples, family, and extended sessions priced according to the time scheduled for each appointment. During the initial phone call, Venus can answer your questions about fees, scheduling, and what type of session may best fit your situation.
Insurance
Venus does not accept insurance directly, but she can provide the information you may need to file with your insurance company.
Payment
All major credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Cancellation Policy
A full session fee may be charged for cancellations without at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
